1. Giving Reminders if the grievance is not resolved within the stipulated time.
2. Special monitoring of pending reminders at various level from Chief Minister Office.

Send Feedback

1. Facility to give feedback regarding the quality of disposal.
2. Feedback evaluated by higher officers.
3. Higher officers may regenerate the disposed of complaint.
